This access-request page collects only the information needed to respond and send one relevant follow-up.
What is collected
Email address, operating role, coarse property-count range, current workflow, requested plan, displayed price, consent, submission time, and privacy-minimized interaction events. Do not provide guest names, property addresses, entry codes, payment information, or other sensitive details.
Why it is collected
To respond to your request, prevent duplicate submissions, improve the workflow, and send one early-access follow-up. No payment is collected on this page.
Storage and retention
Submitted records are stored in an access-controlled Cloudflare D1 database. Access-request records are retained for no longer than 90 days after collection unless an active customer relationship requires a separate documented purpose. Records are not sold.
Contact and deletion
Questions or deletion requests can be sent to ventureopsdesk@proton.me. A request will be verified using the submitted email address before deletion.
